THE HUNGER GAMES!

In the Hunger games there are 3 main characters: Katniss, Peeta & Gale. Every year there are always 24 Children/Adults from different districts to play in a death game that they have to survive and try to be the last one standing. Each district 2 People are randomly selected (1 Male and 1 Female). But this year in the 74th year Primrose gets selected but as Katniss the older sister is the very 1st volunteer for District 12. The Mining District. But The male that was selected was a male named Peeta Melark. So as soon as they were picked they were taken to the capital where they would play in the Hunger games. The capital is the biggest place and is in the middle of all of the districts. It is like Panem is their country with The capital is their capital. But sooner do they know that they are already taken into the Hunger games and that Katniss and Peeta had to survive on their own while the family back home were watching them suffer. Katniss was already good at hiding with her climbing trees and running alot. And Peeta as him working at the bakery knows how to camouflage himself. Each day people died and left the strongest people left. District 2, Female of D5, Male of D11 And District 12. I Forgot to mention that there was a big blood bath at the very start with most of the districts loosing their team members. Katniss before her newest best friend died. Rue (Female from D11) was a young girl who cured katniss when she had been stung by tracker jackers. So they soon started to work together. When Rue sadly passed away by Marvel (D1 Male) Katniss heard an announcement saying there will be 2 winners so went to find Peeta to survive. So they stayed there waiting for the finale. They soon found themselves at the end of the games when Cato surprises them with a shock and nearly causing Peeta to die. Luckily Katniss knows how to use her bow and arrow to shoot his hands and to get eaten alive. After that Them two became the winners of The hunger games. This book was written by Suzanne Collins. The Shorter version of a summary is: The capitol keeps all of the districts in line by punishing them in a cruel way by sending 1 male and female from each district to a deathly game which they find entertaining.

when I watched the video it was mainly about weight and the man that was going all around the country giving the viewers information about weight and the history of how they measured weight. I remember one moment when he had asked 2 females which block was heavier and it turned out that people found the smaller one heavier

The surface area can effect the heating if it is hot by robsbly the weather or probably something hot has made the surface hot or other non important. But when the mug or cup is already heated it will help keep it heated for longer 

The story itself gets deeper and deeper between Caesar and Cassius and we have not met a brand new cast member named trebonius. And friendships are being formed within Cassius and Brutus as they are getting along with everything and probably working together . And what the scene is probably mainly about is the conspiracy group. They also wanted to kill Caesar and someone else who I may have forgotten his name

Why does Cassius hate Caesar??

Cassius hates Caesar with him being a god to everyone since he is now known and trustworthy to the people! But if Caesar was a god Cassius would always have to bow down to Caesar which in my opinion I would hate to do that as well! But Cassius also thinks that his attitude is too much and that he thinks he is better then everyone else due to him being a god to most people. In addition, I think that Cassius wants Caesar to share his power with him and not just keep it to himself as it is called being “greedy”!

Task

In this scene Cassius is trying to do something to Caesar which is probably trying to find some information about Caesar due to them not being close friends and him trying to betray Caesar in some way which I don’t know and this scene has a lot of words that mean a lot of things which I usually get stuck with. 

in scene 2 Cassius hates Caesar at the moment because he thinks he does not deserve his power and should be shares with him. So Cassius does not want him to be King is what I am thinking. And Cassius saved Caesars life and he has just thrown him away and treated him like his servant

In this book the part time Indian did there of a boy named Junior and he has moved to an all white people school named Reardan. when Rowdy found out that Junior was leaving Welpinnit he decided to take action and to give him some going away beatings in the eye and the nose. Which he did do. Junior Is presented as an outsider when he got to school people were starring at him like he was a UFO or Big Foot. “They stared at me like I was Big Foot or A UFO. This indicates that people are not either used Indians being in an all White school or that Indian people exist. Usually people would be starring at things that are not normal or something unusual. Junior is again presented as an outsider by him not having the type of things that white people have such as: phones, money, clothes and a nice house. While on the other hand white people having everything the Indians don’t get that are such expensive. When Junior used to go to school back in the Reservation everyone had the same things so it made no difference what so ever. even if you had something that is worth 1 Dollar more it is all the same.

Also, at the beginning of the book junior tells us that he feels like a stranger going through both towns. ” I always felt like a stranger. I was half Indian in one place and half White in the other” This indicates that Junior does not really belong in both places because no one really wants him anywhere if he has betrayed his tribe or that he is not a White person in a White person town. If it was his job being Indian then he has an option to leave which he did. When he says it was like a part time job and you don’t get paid well it is obvious because having a part time job that could be crap would never pay good money. It would probably be for free

“Who has the most hope? Junior is asking his parents on who had the most hope and so his parents already knew the answer. “White people” It was obvious from the very start because white people get better education with new books and equipment. While Indians get old books and equipment from their parents that are already used up. Their teachers might not even know everything on the other side White people know everything that is important in life. When Juniors parents said it they both stared at each other like they were easily sending signals with their faces. ” They studied each others eyes, you know, like they are antennas and were sending radio signals to each other” This happened when Junior was trying to convince his Mum and Dad to let him change schools so at the beginning of the book. His parents had to agree at this point because they did want their children to become smart and to have a nice life and a nice family.

With Indians being so poor and the White people are rich. With whites people they get whatever they want but on the other hand Indians will have to wait about a year to even get a new item or new clothes. Usually they will get things of what their parents had when they were young. Outdated. White people get the fresh designer clothes such as: fluxs, Gucci, Jordan’s and more. Junior really appreciates what he gets. Especially when he went with Penelope to the powwow he had to. Wear his dad’s old suit which was kind of big for him. This all happened at the middle of the book after he moved from welpinnit to Reardan.
